What is a Holographic Will?

A holographic will is a completely handwritten will, signed by the testator. They can be created at any time but are more common in the event of an emergency, such as when someone is seriously injured or trapped and is unsure if they will survive. Holographic wills are legitimate as long as there is some evidence that the testator did create the will.
